Refund Policy

We hope you will love your product, but if you find it isn’t what you want, we do accept returns of new or defective items within 7 days of receipt. *Note: Clearance and Sample Sale items are NOT RETURNABLE. 

We accept returns of wigs in “brand new” condition only. The wig must still have the tag, be unworn (trying on is okay), unbrushed, unwashed, and unstyled. NOTE: Clearance and Sample Sale wigs are NOT returnable.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to start a return. It is best to use the Contact form on this site. Please provide your full name and order number in your email.
Common Issues:

**Please note that due to hue differences between electronic devices, some wigs may look slightly different in color when it is received. While we do our best to represent the exact color of the wig, each device may produce something visually hue different to you.
Also, many "non-parted" wigs will have a manufacturing process that may make the hair on top look somewhat messy. This is normal from processing. This can be overcome with light working with a wig brush or finger styling to provide a fuller lift to the hair on the top of the wig.
